Meet
Kristine.
For over 20 years, Kristine has served as a leader and consultant for Fortune 50 companies across many industries. She has learned to balance the results-driven rigor of the corporate world with the people-focused purpose of non-profit organizations and philanthropic stewardship.

Kristine has spent decades building high-performing teams and governance structures that help companies realize value through third-party partnerships – in the United States and around the world. Her work with multi-national organizations has enabled them to develop and implement game-changing operational strategies. She has had the opportunity to work on everything from strategic retail negotiations and global supply chain transformations to grantee/government collaborations and public sector initiatives.

Kristine applies her business experience and consulting expertise in guiding strategic planning, board governance and program development and oversight for a wide range of organizations ranging from multi-national corporations to mid-size nonprofits. She finds great joy in helping to re-ignite the purpose and energy of low performing teams to create actionable strategies that will ensure organizations achieve their short and long-term goals.

As a proud Tommie, Kristine received her B.A. in Marketing and her M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. She completed her Executive Education from the University of Pennsylvania - Wharton. Kristine currently serves as Chair of the board for the Opus Prize Foundation and on the board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters - Twin Cities.
